Erin joined The Dallas Foundation in April 2024. She has over 20 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations of different sizes and across industries, including the American Red Cross, United Way, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and Leadership Austin. She is passionate about promoting philanthropy and civic engagement as tools for making positive impacts in our communities.
Erin is guided by her personal values of community, gratitude, and action. She believes the most important thing any of us can do is know our neighbors – this foundational sense of connection and belonging is what every other success is built upon. So, if you don’t know them already, she encourages you to go out and introduce yourself!
Erin holds a degree in Public Relations from the School of Journalism in the College of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin. When she’s not working with donors, Erin enjoys running marathons, competing in chili cookoffs, and attending NASCAR races.
